1. Lesson & Clinic Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a private lesson or clinic, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
- No-shows will be considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
2. Group Programs & Packages
For multi-session programs, packages, or group clinics:
- Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the program begins.
- Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
- Exceptions may be made in the case of documented medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at our discretion.
3. Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather that prevents lessons or clinics from taking place safely, sessions will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be offered.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. For any concerns regarding payment or billing, please contact us directly.
